Atypical chest pain: although quite short in duration this may be related to chest wall spasm or neuritis. I would suggestiot OTC antiinflammatory medicine and if not improved or worsening within 24-48 hours call your physician. This is not associated with shortness of breath?- If you have that then go to the ER.
