Minimum: certainly change dressings at least twice daily or more if soaking wet. If you see blood or pus- call your surgeon ASAP.

No need: Usually, there are only small tapes over the incisions that come off on their own within a week or two. As long as the wound is dry, no need for a bandage. If you're still unsure, call your surgeon. Hope this helps!

After 24-36 hrs: Then change daily for 2-3 days the leave off. No swimming pool or bath for 3-4 wks., but shower is OK. Pt dry, don't rub
