No: Although depoprovera often produces an absence of menstrual bleeding it does not lead to infertility. If your menstrual cycles were regular and presumeably ovulatory they will return after depoprovera is stopped. If the cycles were irregular, that too will return to that state after depoprovera is discontinued.
