What causes my baby to wake up in the middle of the night and vomit twice?

Number of things: If it is a new problem, cold your baby be congested or have a cold and she is "expectorating" the mucus via vomiting? Or is the baby eating more and possibly over feeding ? You do not mention the frequency. If this is a regular occurrence i would make sure i take her in to her doc.
