Sounds interesting: That sounds interesting. What parts of your ankles and wrists are affected? The achilles tendon perhaps? What do they look like? Workup/mgt.: It would be helpful to have more details. I would suggest also screening for autoimmune disease and Lyme Disease, in addition to a comprehensive metabolic panel and ESR. There are also imaging studies which may help in determining the underlying cause.
