Let your doc know: Time to see your doc. You seem to have deep seated pelvic pain. Circumstances, alleviating factors, other symptoms will be critical in order to order the right tests. A follow up with Gyn as well as a possible gastroenterology referral may be needed based on initial studies that will probably include cell counts, chemistry, urine studies and stool for occult blood and a CT abdomen and pelvis.
