Most say ok: Unless there are any special exceptions, depending on the course of your wife's pregnancy, sex should be safe. As often as you want: As long as there have not been any complications with the pregnancy, and your OB says it's OK, there is no reason you cannot have sex while your wife is pregnant. Hope this helps!
