Time 4 a Dr. & Exam.: While what you're describing seems most like a primary syphilis lesion (e.g. painless ulcer on penis), STIs tend to travel together. You are in a high risk part of the US, and many STIs don't have any symptoms in men. Even Valley Fever can cause skin lesions, although I bet you would feel quite sick in that case. HPV also comes to mind. The only way to find out is to get tested. Go 2 clinic today
