Need sleep study: Could be PLMD, but you may need a sleep study or polysomnography (PSG) to confirm the diagnosis. Follow up with your physician.

PLM: This sounds like periodic leg movements. This is certainly not Parkinsons. Restless legs syndrome is also different.
