Exam: You may be developing a form of irritable bowel syndrome.or other GI illness. I suggest a consultation and examination by a GI expert. Avoid any offending foods which you feel may be contributing to this. Your issues require ongoing medical evaluation.

Constipation: Constipation is the most likely cause, especially if this is a new problem for you. If over-the-counter constipation treatment doesn't resolve the symptoms, then see your medical provider. Hope that helps. Thanks.
