Yes: Cyklokapron is tranexamic acid and is used to help with excessive bleeding it is not a contraceptive. You can definitely still get pregnant if you are not using any thing else to prevent it .Fortunately it is pregnancy category B which means it is not a big problem if you do get pregnant while on it.
