Exam: Get examined and checked for allergies. Not everything is a cold and stuffiness is not just related to alcohol; howver some people are sensitive to alcohol compnents. Get examined and hold off on any alcohol containing products until cleared.

Alcohol related?: If the symptoms only occur the morning after consuming alcohol, the logical approach is to avoid alcohol and see if the symptoms vanish. If so, you have the answer.
