Fasciculations: I'm wondering if what you're describing is muscle fasciculation, like an involuntary "twitch". Usually these are benign and might be caused by over the counters like benadryl (diphenhydramine) or dramamine. Too much caffeine can do it. If it persists or worsens, ask your doctor if you need a neurological exam and an EMG test.

Hopefully BFS: There are many causes of a sensation of leg vibrations usually associated with rigorous exercise, caffeine or nicotene of other stimulant use, other medications and sertraline withdrawal, motor neuron abnomalities, electrolyte imbalances, thyroid dz, Lyme's... Probably Benign Fasciculation Syndrome, but seek PC and Neuro opinion with labs, exam, EMG, NCV.
