Normal variation: It is common to have some cycle variation from time to time. It it came at the normal time then there is not likely be a cause for concern. If you would like more cycle control consider starting birth control. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.
