Show your derm: I would bring this to the attention of your dermatologist. Especially with your family history and lesion that is changing or is new should be evaluated. Those lesions deemed suspicious by your dermatologist should be biopsied to obtain a diagnosis from a pathologist.

Please consult with a Dermatologist Doctor who can give you a through examination and the correct recommendations and treatment. If you are not confident in your Doctor see another for a second opinion.
