Depends: there are different types of skin cancers. A melanoma can go to internal organs and cause bleeding. Sometimes a squamous cell cancer can also go to internal organs. So the answer is that it is possible and often occurs with some types of skin cancer

Skin Cancer: It depends on which type of skin cancer - the three most common are Basal Cell, Squamous Cell, and Melanoma. Basal cell usually does not spread beyond the skin and when it does it grows as one big piece. Squamous cell carcinoma can spread to lymph nodes and other structures, and melanoma is the most dangerous and can spread anywhere. So any of them can cause internal bleeding if the cancer spreads
