How off could my doctor be on my conception date? how can i verify it? could she be a week off or just a few days? please help!!

Unsure: It would depend on the basis for determining your due date. An ultrasound at 6 to 8 weeks of pregnancy is accurate to about 3 or 4 days. By 18 weeks the ultrasound could be off 10 to 14 days, and after 28 weeks the range of error is about 21 days.
