How accurate are the doctors measurements of the baby to determine baby weeks, due date, conception, ovulation etc...

Pregnancy dating: I assume you are talking about ultrasound measurements. The accuracy depends on when the ultrasound is performed-- an early ultrasound (8-10 weeks) is accurate to within a few days. Later ultrasounds are much less accurate and may have a margin of error of up to 3 weeks in the late 3rd trimester.

Depends on variables: Early projections are based on a woman's history which can be inaccurate.Later data derived from an ultrasound and or other measures tend to be more consistent. Late gestation ultrasounds can either confirm or adjust projected dates.
