Birth control: Your body may be getting used to the pills, give it a 3 month course. If you are still getting bleeding between your periods, see your doctor as the strength of the pill may need to be changed.

Multiple possibilities: The menstrual cycle is a fairly fragile cycle. Your cycle is affected by physical, environmental, and emotional factors. Some women don't have a cycle in the summer because of the heat. Some women stop menstruating if they have a lot of physical activity. Sometimes women are so stressed they stop the periods. I suggest you let this go for a cycle and see if it straightens out. If it hasn't straightened out then you probably need to go see your gynecologist for further evaluation.
