I had intercourse on 1 august same day as ovulation. my early sign is cramps,frequent urine,gas and bloated.but no spotting is it a pregnancy sign?

Possible: Since signs of early pregnancy can be very variable, it is best to do a urine pregnancy test to be sure. While most of these OTC tests are very reliable, and become positive very soon after conception, you can always get a blood test at your doctor's office if still unsure.
