Every Other Day: Your most likely ovulate on day 14-15 of your cycle. However, using an LH kit would help pinpoint that a bit better. Having intercourse every other day is sufficient. It gives the body time to replenish to sperm supply. Additionally, sperm can live for 48 hours outside of the body. Having intercourse a day or 2 prior to ovulation is actually better at increasing your chances of pregnancy.
