DUB/Anovulation: Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding, or DUB is often accompanied by pain and cramping. If this is a new symptom for you with your POCS, you need to see your GYN for evaluation and may need to be cycled on Progestins or the Pill. If you have been trying to get pregnant or have been having unprotected sex, get a pregnancy test and contact your doctor.

Evaluation: Hi, please go for an evaluation ASAP, in PCOs ovulation does not occur therefore the lining of the uterus (endometrium) does not uniformly shed and regrow as in a normal menstrual cycle. Instead, the endometrium becomes thicker and may shed irregularly, which can result in heavy and/or prolonged bleeding. You need to be evaluated to stop bleeding.
