A member asked:

What is the treatment for a partial rupture of ovarian cyst without hemorrhagic component?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Observation: Ovarian cysts commonly rupture causing a sudden onset of pain but typically resolves on its own. If there is no bleeding and the cyst has ruptured try taking NSAIDs (ibuprofen, naproxen, etc) for the pain and discomfort. If you continue to have discomfort follow up with your GYN or family doctor is recommended.
