Seriously?: Nausea is a symptom in over a thousand medical conditions. It is not a sign of early pregnancy in and of itself. Asking us to guess about pregnancy without any sexual, menstrual, or ovulatory history is not going up get you anything but pure speculation. If you have missed a period please do a pregnancy test. If not, then you must wait.

Yes: If you are sexually active with men and not using any contraception this could be from pregnancy. A viral gastrointestinal infection can also cause some nausea. If you are having severe belly pain I suggest seeing your provider.Otherwise drink lots of fluids and check a pregnancy test.
