No: This goes along with the idea that sex is bad for athletes on the day of competition. High levels of testosterone are the main cause of acne and pimples in men and can also increase libido in men or women. This may explain some of the association. Plus most people feel less aggressive after a climax.

No: It is a natural urge in young people of your age. It is not a cause for pimples or acne> remember any thing in excess is not good either physically or mentally

That's just not true: I'm sorry people make up stories like this to frighten health-focused guys. I've seen the stories online about how it supposedly alters testosterone metabolism, and these claims are simply made up. Keep up with the healthy lifestyle and forget about the concerns for acne and hair loss. All of your male friends, and a majority of the females, enjoy their bodies. Think about the girl you'll marry.

Wrong: I am sorry people are still telling you these flat-out lies. Masturbation doesn't cause any problems for any one with respect to physical issues. My suggestion is to tell any of those people who say such things to go away and ignore anything else such ignorant people tell you about sex and masturbation whether it be family or other people in so-called respected positions.
