Pretty common: You describe a pretty typical viral illness in children. They are sick for a while, have some fever, then the rash pops out. Just encourage fluids, Tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever and any general misery. It sounds though like she is recovering. Take her to doctor if she worsens.
