Need more informatio: You need to discuss with your physician because in certain settings you can not take Aleve (naproxen). It will depend on your general health, other issues regarding your baby, etc

No!: While you are pregnant, you can only take acetaminophen (Tylenol) and /or narcotics for pain. You can hurt your baby by taking NSAID type medicine (i.e. Aleve, Motrin, Advil, ibuprofen, naproxen) fora headache or other pain.
