Go to ED: This looks like an emergency condition and this may be gastroenteritis. I would recommend you to go ED or urgent care.

Physician: There are several medications that can help with your symptoms. White or yellow vomit are the expected colors for gastric secretions and acid. If you are unable to keep down fluids, see a doctor to be evaluated and get the vomiting under control.

Vomiting & diarrhoea: Go to the emergency department as soon as possible to be checked out by the physician, or his/her assistant. It could be something quite serious.
