Laceration: It could be that you have a vaginal laceration, which can happen during sexual intercourse. A pelvic examination would be necessary to diagnose. Take care.

Monitor ..: This could all be related to the end of your period and "rough sex". Unfortunately the tissue of the vagina is susceptible to injury and vigorous penetration can cause trauma to the vagina and/or the cervix, which may add to any bleeding that you notice from your period too. I would watch this and if things persist(pain/bleeding) then see your doctor. In the mean,while try to avoid any penetration

It could be: trauma or irritation to the cervix or vagina from sex causing some minor tears. If it persists see your doctor to get checked. No sex until the pain and bleeding stops.
