See your doctor: It could be a lot of things. It could range from low blood sugar, anemia, low blood pressure or vertigo. Even an arrhythmia can do it. Get yourself evaluated, its esp helpful if you're seen while you're having an episode or just had one. Don't ignore it.

Light headed: Could be many things. Start by drinking plenty of water and seeing your doctor for a good check up including blood work and EKG. If thats all normal, then they may refer you to see a neurologist and ENT.
