Not really: Is really an emollient-good for dry skin and diapoer rashes. Roseacea need Rx for metronidazole gel and an exmination by a physician.

No: I wouldn't personally treat acne-rosacea with aquaphor. You have several treatment options. Go see a dermatologist. Aquaphor though will probably make it worse
