Abdominal pain..: It all depends on what other symptoms you are having. This could be a virus if just for a few days, it could be gallstones and colic pain associated, gastritis,among others. You can try medication OTC for abdominal upset like TUMS, (calcium carbonate) Pepto Bismol, for example but if symptoms are severe or no relief soon get seen by your doctor or at the ED ASAP.

Depends: If you have persistent constant abdominal pain that is not going away and it is new, you need to get checked today, especially i you have fever and nausea. If it is coming and going and not getting worse andyou have had if for a while, call your doc and get advice. Good luck.

May be hernia: How long the knot is there? It might be a ventral hernia However it could be a coincident with your nausea which might be from different cause. It is better to be examined by a physician
