See ophthalmologist: Yes there are still treatments. You need to get evaluated by the ophthalmologist and depending on what they see they will you your treatment options

Yes: If by lazy eye, you mean an eye turns in or out, that can be surgically corrected. If by lazy eye, you are referring to an eye that does not see clearly even with glasses, that cannot be corrected beyond childhood. Lazy of the later type is also know as amblyopia. It must be treated in childhood by patching the better eye to force use of the worse eye preferably well before age 7.

Lazy eye: If you see the eye deviated outward, there may be eye exercises to help. A deviation in any other direction, or a large, frequent deviation outward may benefit from surgery. A lazy eye is not normally thought to cause pain. An examination by an eye MD will be necessary to sort out the cause of the pain and the possible treatment options.
