UTI: Hi. The most common conditions would be urinary tract infections (most likely cause), sexually transmitted diseases, or trauma down there. Easiest thing to do is see your doc and get a urine analysis to see if there are white blood cells in your urine; it can be cultured, but that's usually not necessary. If indicated, your doc will prescribe antibiotics.
