Metformin: I assume you have Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. I recommend Metformin, 500 mg/day. Although mainly used for diabetes, it is one of the best weight loss drugs there is. May cause upset stomach or diarrhea, so start with a low dose that causes no symptoms. Also, consider White Kidney Bean Extract--a starch blocker from health food store, taken with carbohydrates.
