I think not: If there is no pain or fever you might wait till Monday morning, but call the surgeon or your provider first thing. If worse, go to an ER. Infections are nothing to be shy about and this sounds like a possibility. Take care and get attention for it soon. Very soon.

Depends: Is there pus (purulent drainage) coming from the would or is it more like a clear bloody discharge. Also, is there any redness or tenderness around it? Do you have an fever? If any of these questions are yes, the wound should be evaluated. If not, probably normal healing.
