Possibly: The kid who is not knocked out or disoriented & confused @ the time of the injury is probably fine.I try to keep them on their normal nap/sleep schedule and visit them with a flashlight while sleeping to check.If sleeping well, leave him alone. Kids will start barfing if problem is coming. Confusion or repeated episodes of vomiting in the hours after trauma deserve a look over by the dr.
