Here are some ...: If just happening overnight, one has to concern about DVT (deep vein thrombosis) although it's uncommon for bilaterally simultaneous occurrence. So, watch such swelling closely for potential progress, go to urgent care timely, & don't wait until the last minute. For the time being, wear compression + leg elevation will help, but not knowing its underlying causes. Best wish ...
