Infection possible: Urgency (the urge to pee) can be a symptom if infection or of irritation. Drink more fluid today (without caffeine, sugar, salt) and get checked. The sooner you treat a urinary tract infection the better. They will not usually go away without treatment. Avoid scented soaps, bubble baths, detergents, fabric softeners, etc, to. If you have fever, vomiting, or pain in back or belly, etc.to ER.

Here are some ...: If urge to urinate is new and sudden, check it out if resulting from UTI; if long in duration and progressive to current state, check it out for OAB/IC... For the time being, do warn sitz bath x 15-30 min x 2-3 times daily, watch what you eat / drink for possible irritating bladder, practice contract & relax your pelvis floor muscles x 3-5 min x 3 times daily while sitz bath, & see Doc timely...

UTI: Lauren, urgency (the feeling you described) is often associated with urinary tract infections. Often times this comes with dysuria (pain with urination) and frequency (having to go frequently), but not always. If you think you might have a UTI, see your doctor, they may prescribe antibiotics if indicated. Hope this helps!
