See Below...: A miscarriage is a lot like a bad period. You will have a lot of bleeding and cramping and pass blood clots. If you are very early in the first trimester, you will not see the embryo. Late in the first trimester, you may notice a sac-like structure that contains the embryo. Its a good idea to see a Gyn to find out. Best wishes!
