A little early yet: Normally at about 6-7 weeks one should be able to see a fetal pole on transvaginal ultrasound. At about 6 1/2-7 weeks a fetal heart beat can be observed on a transvaginal ultrasound. So you have a little time yet. Hope this helps. Best of luck. Dr R

Blighted ovum: The majority of women do not have any signs of a blighted ovum. When they go for an ultrasound the diagnosis is made. The early signs of pregnancy basically stay the same.
