almost positive i have ingrown hair on vagina lip. it popped a little in the shower? what do i do to keep from infection?

Keep clean: A small 'boil' or abcess may resolve on its own with good hygiene. You may need to get seen if worsening redness, pain, swelling, pus draining... Hope you are better soon!
