6 unanswerable words: It must be very hard to see your daughter have strokes; but surely you can understand why it is no more possible to answer your 6-word post that contains no information than it is to guess your daughter's name, birthday, height, weight or hair color. You need to ask her neurologist to explain it, or if he can't, to find someone who can. You deserve an explanation in terms you can understand.

Kids & strokes: There are many reasons why a youngster could get strokes. Sickle cell anemia comes to mind as a possible cause. Congenital heart disease is a possible cause. The question is is she having them now? Sometimes children had them at the time of birth, and they are discovered later in life. Hope that helps!
