Abdominal pain: If there are no other symptoms, some causes of left sided abdominal pain could be muscle strain, ovarian cyst, diverticulitis (intestinal infection)., urinary tract infection and kidney stone. Without examination and lab work it may be difficult to tell the cause. See your doctor if these symptoms persist. Good luck!
