See your doctor: Keeping your regularly scheduled doctors appointments will not only make sure you and your baby are safe, but they will be able to do tests and ask questions that can identify the date of conception and the baby's progress. You should make an appointment with your doctor or obstetrician as soon if possible, if you have not already had one.

See OB-Gyn: Do you know the approximate date of the beginning of your last menstrual period? Your weeks are calculated from that date. If you are unsure or your periods are irregular, an early ultrasound can help. Please see your primary care doctor or OB-Gyn, if you are not already doing so, if pregnant, and take pre-natal vitamins with 1 mg of folate (folic acid) to prevent things like spina bifida. No smoking, alcohol

Pregnancy calculator: If you know the first day of your last menses, then plug that into a pregnancy calculator found online. This works if have regular menses but if not then would probably need ultrasound for the most accurate estimate.
