My knee still hurts a week after a car accident i had. when i move it i don't feel any pain but when i touch it or twist it i can feel the pain.

Injury: soft tissue injury or mild sprain/tendonitis. Try OTC antiinflammatory medications if you are not allergic to them and additional an open patella pull on neoprene knee support ( brace)- if symtoms are not resilved within 3-4 days see your physician for evalaution.
