May wish to: have it medically assessed. Abscesses can be loculated - which means that even if pus drained out - there may still be pockets of puss that were not reached. Abscesses are usually treated with incision and drainage.

Boil: If this just happened then the lesions should heal up from the bottom. If it is all healed and you still have the holes you can see a doctor for further evaluation and treatment.
