No: Patients can experience elevation of triglycerides but not LDL which is one of the "bad cholesterols". This elevation should not affect patients who have no medical problems, but in patients with other risk factors like hypertension and diabetes, an alternative might be better. Vitamin D levels are not affected by birth control pills.

Birth control pills: Hi, usually Birth control pills increase the Cholesterol level and I'm not aware of any Birth control which could affect vitamin D, Vitamin D is built in our skin after exposure to the sun and the process is completed in our kidney, so if your Vit D storage is low, your doc can give you supplement. For high Chol you should adjust your diet, exercise and lose weight, Stay safe.
