No delay: A urinary tract infection should not affect the timing of your period unless it places you under extreme stress(and I don't just mean the day to day like stress). Also there is some more recent data that suggest precum can contain sperm, so you can definitely get pregnant from it. I'm just not sure of what you mean by higher chance, as in compared to what?
