Inguinal hernia surgery: on a female baby, where do they make an incision? or where are they supposed to?

Depends: This depends on whether the surgeon is going to do an open procedure or a laparoscopic procedure. If it is an open procedure, they will make a small incision in the groin area that will most likely not leave very much of a permanent scar. If it is done laparoscopically there'll be a few tiny incisions in the abdominal area that will be very hard to see in the future
